Our Owner- Dr. Lauren Doll
Meet Lauren! She is master certified, award-winning event planner and entrepreneur. Lauren planned her first large-scale event when she was 17 and has spent the last twenty years raising money for non-profits and helping couples plan their special day. Her background is in weddings, parties, fundraisers, and commercial events, as well as business development and human resources. She has a doctorate and master's degree in business administration, which she achieved to strengthen Dream Co. for current and future clients. Her dream is to give you peace of mind while providing reliable, accessible, and stress-free event planning. Dream Co. has served hundreds of happy couples over the years and has built an incredible nationwide community of female event planners who have banded together to plan personalized, unforgettable events.
Our General Manager- Natasha Climer
Meet Natasha! She is a certified event planner who has been in the industry for years. Her favorite part about wedding and event planning is bringing your vision to life and creating lasting memories. Natasha has a CNA, DSP, and a background working with moderate to severe children with disabilities, behavioral, and health issues. She is a nurturing person who transitioned to wedding and event planning full-time to pursue her dream of bringing creative event designs to life while advocating for couples and their wishes.

Meet Lorena! She is a certified event planner who is focused on putting your needs and wishes above all else. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is exactly what you want. Her background in design and business means she is the perfect planner for weddings of all budgets. Her kind and bubbly personality makes the event planning experience so comfortable. Working with Lorena feels like you've just found a new best friend.
Lead Planner & Coordinator- Lullette Kaufman
Meet Lullette! She is a certified event planner who has over two decades of wedding planning and coordination experience. Lullette's background is in executive administration which means she is incredibly efficient and organized. Lullette effortlessly aids couples in planning and coordinating their weddings. Everything she does is with precision and your vision in mind.
Lead Planner & Coordinator- Teonna Mitchell
Meet Teonna! She is a certified event planner who understands more than most how to bring an event to life from ground zero to execution. With over a decade of experience and a background in weddings and hospitality, Teonna has seen it all. She knows exactly how to mitigate issues from the start to ensure a seamless event day, and has a detailed eye for design which means the events she plans are nothing short of stunning.

Meet Stephanie! She is a certified event planner who has a passion for ensuring every detail is accounted for. Stephanie is a flawless designer who has created some of our most unique and luxurious wedding designs. She has a background in government which means she understands the ins and outs of the wedding industry better than anyone.
Lead Planner & Coordinator- Natalie Pomeroy
Meet Natalie! She has been working in the wedding industry for 7 years, and her favorite part of wedding planning is helping clients see their vision come to life. She thrives at solving challenges in the moment, and prides herself on taking care of our clients. When she's not working, she enjoys camping with her husband and loving on her daughter and two dogs.
Lead Coordinator & Decorator- Bella Kaufman
Meet Bella! She is a detail-oriented wedding coordinator who adores weddings. It’s all about creating happiness and unforgettable moments for my couples. My free time usually involves live music, something sweet, and my dog demanding attention. Shopping and friends fill in the gaps.
Lead Coordinator & Decorator- Deanna Small
Meet Deanna! With more than 20 years of wedding planning experience, Deanna brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and genuine passion to the Dream Team. She finds the greatest joy in getting to know each couple, understanding their unique vision, and thoughtfully bringing every detail together to create a celebration that feels authentically theirs. Her extensive experience, attention to detail, and calm, caring approach allow her to guide couples through the planning process with confidence while ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Outside of weddings, Deanna loves spending time with her supportive husband and son—and her incredibly attentive dog, Bolt. She’s also an avid traveler, concertgoer, speed reader, and loves experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Lead Planner & Coordinator- Jennifer Davis
Meet Jenn! Being a teacher for a decade prepared her for wedding planning. She loves creating organized, thoughtful celebrations while making sure our clients can actually enjoy their special day. When she's not planning an event, you can usually find her with an ice-cold Diet Coke or an iced latte in hand. She is a wife, mom to two beautiful girls, and a labradoodle. She's all about family, celebrations, and making memories.
Lead Coordinator- Bailey Cooney
Meet Bailey! She absolutely loves bringing each couple’s unique vision to life and being part of such a beautiful and meaningful chapter in their lives. Her experience with luxury weddings makes her the perfect person for weddings with many moving parts. When she's not creating unforgettable wedding moments, you can find her at the beach, spending time with her friends and family, or traveling and discovering new places and foods.
Assistant Coordinator- Christina Gilbert
Meet Christina! She is such a bright light on your wedding day. She will be there when you need her and always make sure your personal items are out with intention. When she's not on Aisle Planner, you can find her skating around LA, playing tennis, or spending time with her husband and sweet rescue puppy. Her favorite movie is Eat.Pray.Love, and she can’t wait to help make your special day memorable and joyous!
Lead Planner & Coordinator- Tricia Najorda
Meet Tricia! She is a lover of all things weddings! She is thorough when it comes to details and logistics. She'll never forget an element. Outside of wedding planning, she loves to sing and dance, and you may even catch her on the mic as a Host/Emcee and your resident elite hype woman! She is also bilingual in English and Tagalog and definitely considers herself f a woman of many talents who adores bringing positive energy, fun, and a whole lot of heart wherever she goes!
Assistant Coordinator- Tamyka Anderson
Meet Tamyka! She's the girl who loves a good checklist just as much as a good cocktail! With a love for organization, creativity, and unforgettable experiences, she is happiest behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly. When she's not coordinating or keeping everyone on track, you can usually find her spending time with family and friends and planning her next adventure!

Meet Brian! He is always grateful to be a part of your special day. He has been in the industry for years, working across different areas such as wedding planning and coordination, floral design, and event rentals. His passion for creating seamless, beautiful events stems from working with his mom in her flower shop. He lives to create and execute gorgeous events.

Meet Mercy! She loves turning your wedding into a Cloud-9 dream (or reality), ensuring the smallest details are right as they should be! She loves making your day stress-free and bringing your uniqueness to the celebration! In her spare time, she loves taking trips with my hubby and littles, chasing coffee shops, and writing!
Assistant Coordinator- Dilana Bresciani
Meet Dilana! She loves helping curate the perfect moments for couples, and it's her joy to capture them for your social media. When she's not working, she's spending time with family, shopping, reading, and trying new matcha! She is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree in psychology, and living life to the fullest will always be her mantra.

Dream Co. employs and contracts wedding and event coordinators from all major cities around the country. All planners can coordinate your event, or you can opt for a local coordinator which might be more cost-efficient. Your wedding day coordinator is experienced, kind, and will do her best to run the wedding day with minimal hiccups. She will ensure your timeline is finalized, vendors are followed up with, and the wedding day runs as smoothly as possible. You will always meet your event or wedding coordinator well before your event day to ensure you love and vibe with her! Each lead coordinator is dedicated to making your special day is seamless and memorable.
