OVERVIEW OF WEDDING PLANNING

 Planning from Dream Co.'s (Event Planner) Perspective 

• Venue Selection- Creating a vetted list of venues based on your budget, personal criteria, and the desired location. (Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond Packages)
• Vendor Selection- Elite Planning-Creating vetted lists of vendors based on your budget, personal criteria, and location of your venue. OR by providing you with a vetted vendor list for selecting your vendors from. (Aquamarine, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond Packages)
• Budget Management- We'll have a meeting about this after you select your venue! (Emerald and Diamond Packages)
• Design & Theme Actualization- Let's come up with a cohesive theme and color scheme. Next, let's determine which elements you want, candles, florals, lighting, etc. (Emerald and Diamond Packages)
• Offering Wedding Guidance and Advice
• Guidance- While we research and vet your vendors, it’s up to you to plan the rest of your wedding. To do that, we’ve given you our professional checklists that are there to guide you through the wedding planning process, and later, we’ll send you helpful tips about creating seating charts, tipping your wedding pros, how to pack for your wedding, and which final touches will add special elements to your special day!  
• Advice- is typically given on a case-by-case basis. For example, if you’re looking at whether to have gold vases vs. white vases for your centerpieces, we would help you decide which would be the best fit based on your theme and color scheme. Another example would be updating your timeline with a First Look if you initially didn’t want one. Perhaps, a month before the wedding you decided it would be better for the general flow of the wedding to have one. (A First Look is where the photographer captures your reactions to each other for the first time on your wedding day. It’s more intimate because this moment just between the two of you and is not in front of your guests. It also cuts the time it takes to photograph family and bridal party later on, which guests appreciate because dinner can get started sooner. This is something you will discuss with your photographer later in the process.) (Aquamarine, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond Packages)
• Etiquette- Usually referring to wedding invitations and stationery, we can also give you wedding etiquette advice in other areas as well, such as how to address issues like a guest asking for a plus one, when you did not plan for it, etc. (All packages except Gold)
• *Coordination*- The majority of our job is developing a wedding day itinerary including arrival, set up, tear down, and departure times for all of your vendors, plus executing it on the day of the wedding. This will take us weeks to communicate logistics and finalize the timing of the day for all parties included. (All Packages)
